Very easy. My parents recently went on a trip out there to see a friend. They told us that there was a booth setup with a doctor who could tell you if you’re able to get a prescription. My mom told him she gets headaches often. He said, you’re prescribed. She mentioned there was a fee to get the legal documentation or something.
I think you have to be sick with some kind of illness in order to get it. and i don’t think you have to be a california resident because what if you go out of state and need it. Or come from another state to california and need it I don’t think they can deni you it. Also where they give it I’ve herd that every pharmacy has it and when you have a prescription they will give it to you they just have it away.
