In California? How much of difference will it make anyway?
I think it’s damn well about time. Talk about people ignoring facts. Seems like lots of people still believe that Pot will make you crazy and want to rape your girlfriend. Reefer Madness anyone?
Huge amounts of Tax revenue await the U.S. when it finally decides to do the right thing.
Not to mention all the money we would save on enforcement.

I live in California, and I personally don’t care. It pretty much is legal already.
I am just going to point out that the winners are going to be the bureaucracies of the government and the large corporations as it is going to be heavily regulated and taxed.
The country would be better off without Calfornia, they could then have Peloski all to themselves

As I am not a junkie I really couldn’t care less. I am certain all the pleasure seeking, self serving, weak minded morons will be as excited as you. When it happens it will be a case of down to the supermarket, $5 worth of groceries and $50 of marijuana. Got to get your priorities right. You will be able to lie in a drug induced stupor all day as well as all night while the rest of the world continues to overtake your bankrupt state.
yeah let’s legalize it and then form large corporations to farm, harvest, process and package the ganja. We can create jobs, stimulate the economy and of course TAX THE $HIT out of it!!!!!!
California cannot override the federal DEA. FBI will always be able to come bust you and it will always be illegal. A state can’t override that.
They can decriminalize it, which means the state and local police will no longer arrest for possession, and possibly for sales, but you’ll still have to get it from dealers on the street, not at a store.
