Put our police priorities where they belong, by ending the arrests of no…n-violent cannabis consumers, saving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars a year and enabling police to focus on violent crime? There’s nothing more to say People: IT’S TIME! vote yes! and end the maddness. This will only HELP california.
