Why in the hell can’t they be given a 60 day lead time to become compliant?
What are all the patients going to do?
“Allow them to open back up in compliance” I just do not understand why these operating “CO`OP’s cannot be given some special latitude here. This will place undue financial burden on the Co-op’s.
Very disappointed.
If I owned a Co-op I would look to see if I had any legal recourse.
