Glass bongs usually can’t be fixed. There is always problems with air leaking into them after repairs. Just go buy a new bong.

Can’t tell what happened to it from the pic, is is a Green Star? you can go online and buy a replacement bowl or stem if that’s what you need.
you would be better off buying a new one, but if you are determined to pull a maguyver on it, try to even out broken glass so its about the same height, get a seal that fits around it and buy a shorter bowl piece (usually found at a local flea market). good luck
