Adela Falk addresses City Council.. demonstrating how to get on the docket, in some fashion Tuesday September 7, 2010 between 10-12 San Diego City Hall 202 C. Street 12th Floor San Diego, CA Raw of today’s San Diego City Council portion containing the urgent request to place on the docket a format for discussing a reasonable ordinance to which clubs/collectives can use as a guideline for operating in the county. The goal is to demand that the City Council enact an ordinance NOW! You may not know but the purposed ordinance still has to go through Planning Commission, then City Council three more times, granted President Hueso puts it on the docket. City Council is in a five week recess let us have a welcome back surprise! This is your chance to do something, to be an activist, to make a change. This leaves you all a lot of time to plan this event into your schedule. The goal is to have 1000 supporters, patients, members, activist in attendance. I hope to see you all in support of San Diego’s Cannabis movement. By the time City Council returns in 5 weeks Code Compliance will have issued Cease and Desist letters to ALL Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in San Diego. They have already issued 70.
